We understand that at times you may get held up a little. Please ensure you leave enough time to collect your children. This is an important safety measure as we have a strict ratio of staff to children. If due to unforeseen circumstances you are late, you can always call us to let us know and we will register them into the extended care which is available everyday, 3-4pm, for an additional fee.

During term breaks, we offer lunches from an outside caterer. You can choose from a packed lunch or a hot meal. Everything is homemade and fresh on the day. They follow the School Food Standards. We will send the menu to you nearer the time of the club. Please email us if you have dietary needs.

Upon registration, we will ask for medical details. If any, you will then be asked to fill in a medical form and, if needed, an allergy management plan. The team is also made aware of children with allergies on each day and we have an allergy awareness record of daily children to hand throughout each session. We strictly operate a no nuts zone, thank you for your cooperation.

So that we can offer the best experience, our classes are grouped into Reception to Year 2 and Year 3 to Year 6.

We like the children to explore new foods so we offer a range of fruits and vegetables with a biscuit for each session. You may also pack a snack for your child/ren (We operate a strict no nuts policy).

Each session will be for 1 hour.

We ask that you pay per half term, so if there are 6 sessions then pay for all of the sessions. We also ask that you pay before the sessions begin in order to secure your space.

We will communicate this with you once you have registered and booked on.

If you would like to discuss any of the above further or have additional queries, please do get in touch and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
