At our holiday club, your children’s safety is our number one priority. We have strived to ensure that you feel confident to leave your children with us and that they feel safe throughout their experience with us.

We have thorough policies and procedures in place that are familiar with the team, just ask us if you’d like to view them.

We are fully insured and have risk assessments for all the activities that we provide.

Every member of the team has an Enhanced DBS check.

Mini Mojos Holiday Club

Please don’t worry, you can let us know prior to the session and we will refund you 25% of the payment from that day. If however, your child cannot attend due to illness, we will refund 50%.

We understand that at times you may get held up a little. Please ensure you leave enough time to collect your children. This is an important safety measure as we have a strict ratio of staff to children. If due to unforeseen circumstances you are late, you can always call us to let us know and we will register them into the extended care which is available everyday, 3-4pm, for an additional fee.

During term breaks, we offer lunches from an outside caterer. You can choose from a packed lunch or a hot meal. Everything is homemade and fresh on the day. They follow the School Food Standards. We will send the menu to you nearer the time of the club. Please email us if you have dietary needs.

Upon registration, we will ask for medical details. If any, you will then be asked to fill in a medical form and, if needed, an allergy management plan. The team is also made aware of children with allergies on each day and we have an allergy awareness record of daily children to hand throughout each session. We strictly operate a no nuts zone, thank you for your cooperation.

Every venue has a member of the team that is trained in paediatric first aid.

We also have Food Hygiene level 2

Safeguarding (Min Robertson is the designated welfare officer).

We all come with different training and skills from SEN to play therapy, mental health and Forest School.

Absolutely! Min is a fully trained and experienced teacher, also, SEND and mental health trained. The rest of the team work daily with children at varying provisions, so they are well experienced. All needs of every child can be met as we pride our holiday clubs on inclusion and equality. You will be asked to share your child’s needs on a form which will be sent out to you; we may also like to have a telephone conversation too. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this further.

We have allocated up to 10 children per adult. This could be lower for those children with additional needs and is arranged and tailored on individual applications.

We know how valuable peer play and support can be so we will mix the children across year groups.

We value each and every child’s voice and will be respectful in their choice by accommodating whenever we possibly can.

We do! Please check the updated info on our website for 2nd/ 3rd children fees.

Absolutely! Your input is vital and valued as we want the club to grow and become a success for all involved. You can simply review us on our Facebook page or our Google page. Thank you in advance for your time.

Bubble Club

So that we can offer the best experience, our classes are grouped into Reception to Year 2 and Year 3 to Year 6.

We like the children to explore new foods so we offer a range of fruits and vegetables with a biscuit for each session. You may also pack a snack for your child/ren (We operate a strict no nuts policy).

Each session will be for 1 hour.

We ask that you pay per half term, so if there are 6 sessions then pay for all of the sessions. We also ask that you pay before the sessions begin in order to secure your space.

We will communicate this with you once you have registered and booked on.

If you would like to discuss any of the above further or have additional queries, please do get in touch and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
